Fill this out in its entirety, please. Be as verbose and eloquent as you'd like, we certainly do not penalize for well-written applications  . If you'd like to add more information, by all means do so in your own applications, but this is the basic format.
Make sure that you post each application separately, and with the character's full name as Subject. You may include pictures of the PB/PG so long as they're not terribly huge (no more than 500 pixels wide), or just plain obscene. Be tasteful, please. Off you go!
